Ok so Legato has a bug .. CVE-2007-3618. We are currently running 732 across the board in our legato enviroment. After looking into this a bit I have decided to upgrade all servers and clients to 733. This will patch the bug and not introduce any new "features" that come along with the major release update to the 74x series. So for now we will be staying with the 73x series of Legato.
