wget rocks for downloading from the www
here is the syntax that works best for retrieving a dir contents
> wget -rc -np -nH --cut-dirs=3 --progress=bar --tries=10 http://shibboleth.internet2.edu/downloads/RPMS/i386/RHE/4.3/
