Above and below: Okay, one thing we forgot to mention about this canoe trip was that it hadn't rained in 6 weeks. In other words, it was drought season and the Clarion River was at an all time low. Stange attempts to pull the canoe that is overloaded with gear and one tank-ass Maline through the very shallow waters. Here's the kicker: Stange and Smiley planned on this trip being 55 miles long. This is mile 1. Only 54 miles to drag our canoes - lol!
