I am a student in the Composition and TESOL Ph.D. at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am also a teacher at the ALI (American Language Institute), which is located on campus. I teach English to "pre-entry" international students. I also spend time working for the Instructional Research Technologies (IRT) in the IUP Library as a Multi Media Trainer. At the moment, I am finished with my coursework. I spend a lot of my time conducting research for my dissertation. |
A little about myself:
I grew up in the country (rural area) on my parents' sheep farm. On some weekends, I escape the academic life of IUP and go home to shovel manure and spend time with my family. I like going home every once in a while because it makes me feel whole and relaxes me from the stress of research.
My favorite foods are:
- Mi-Yuck and Kimpop (Korean food)
- Spaghetti with chunks of steak
- Salad with strips or chunks of meat
- Steak!
- Gummie Bears and Gummie Worms
My favorite time of the year is the Fall Season, especially the month of October when the leaves are changing colors and the temperature is cool.
