Military Combat Simulations

Prices are as follows: 

Group Rentals:

                    10 People - $90 rental fee (includes all safety equipment, 10 marker rentals).

20-25 People - $200 rental fee (includes all safety equipment, 10 marker rentals).

*CO2 for the day - For 10 People  -$25

- For 20 - 25 People - $50

Paintballs are sold at cost. We prefer that you use our field paint because we buy the paint that works best in our rental markers

Basic Rental (per person) - $10

• Rental package includes Marker (paintgun), Safety equipment and 1 tank of CO2 propellant. 

Individual Item Rental:

• Mask Rental - $5
• Marker Rental w/ propellant - $6
• Tank rental - $3

Paintballs are sold at our cost.  If we pay $3 per hundred, then you pay $3 per hundred.

*NOTE - We do not loan/rent out equipment to make a profit.  We just want to make the sport accessible to anyone interested.  All rental fees are put back into repairing or replacing items that are broken during a rental session. 

We will travel to you.  We just ask that donate towards gas. 

In order to rent gear from us, you must first print out and sign the WAIVER and AGREEMENT.  Gear will not be rented out until after agreement is in our hands.  No EXCEPTIONS!!!

Waiver and Agreement for renting gear from Smiley Burke

I will always wear goggles in or near playfield.  I am aware that failure to do so will result in ejection from day's play.  I am completely aware of all the risk, involved and that there is the possibility of additional risk if paintball gun or other equipment does not function properly.  I also indemnily the lessor and employees against and shall hold both harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, cost, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fee arising out of, connected with or resulting from playing Paintball and/or the equipment, including without limitation, the manufacturer, selection, delivery, possession, use operation of the equipment and the environment.  I, nevertheless wish to assume any and all risks, I hereby waive and release the lessor on behalf of my estate and all others who may play Paintball with me.  I also undertake to always play Paintball only in accordance with the safety instructions, rules and suggestions presented to me.  I have read and fully understand the terms of this lease agreement .  THIS IS FULLY INTENDED TO BE A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. 

I STATE THAT I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND AGREE TO IT WHEN RENTING PAINTBALL GEAR FROM SMILEY BURKE.
